E-Safety Support
E-Safety Learning
Learners are taught about e-safety through bespoke lessons that are tailored to their needs and based on their previous knowledge. This helps children to build their understanding of how to stay safe online in a way that is age-appropriate and relevant to them.
- Lessons are adapted to suit the children in each class or group.
- Teaching builds on what learners already know and understand.
- Children are supported to develop safe, responsible online habits.
- E-safety is revisited regularly as part of wider safeguarding work.
What You Can Do
Families play an important part in keeping children safe. If you have any concerns about a child’s wellbeing, behaviour, or online activity, please speak to the school as soon as possible. We value open communication and appreciate your understanding and patience when safeguarding matters arise.
- Talk to your child about staying safe online.
- Encourage them to tell a trusted adult if something worries them.
- Monitor online activity and use age-appropriate safety settings where possible.
- Contact the school if you have any safeguarding concerns or questions.
